Ben Pakulski always had the tendencies of being a strong adult. He was a very athletic kid and literally played all the sports he set his eyes on.

Thanks to Tom Hall, Ben got his first Muscletech contract at 18 years.
Unfortunately, Tom died 3 weeks after Ben’s first show and never has the chance to see him compete and all other performances have been dedicated to Tom Hall’s honor since then.
Ben has gone on to several laurels from 2005 when he began his bodybuilding career. He won the overall title in his first show in 2005.
He also won the Canadian championships overall winner and pro card award in Montreal in 2008.
His latest was coming 7th in the annual Arnold Classic. Ben has won over 10 top class award in relatively short bodybuilding career.
Ben is the developer of the Mass Intention 40 or the new M140 program and has appeared on the cover pages of several magazines.

He is happily married with three children and reports have it that he had a hernia surgery in 2013 for a protrusion that had affected him for a number of years.
